At Gandey World Class Productions, creating unforgettable live entertainment is about more than world-class performers, it’s about building an immersive experience where music, visuals, movement, and atmosphere come together seamlessly.
Our latest production, K-Pop Dragon Circus, is a perfect example of this approach. Combining the energy of modern K-pop culture with the excitement and spectacle of contemporary circus, the show was designed to deliver a bold, high-impact visual experience for audiences across our international touring schedule.
A major part of bringing that vision to life has been the production’s lighting design.
Working closely with Jose Lorenzo Lighting Design and leading entertainment lighting manufacturer Highlite International, the production incorporates professional fixtures from the Infinity and Showtec ranges to create a vibrant and dynamic stage environment throughout the show.
The lighting setup includes:
- Infinity Furion W402 Wash
- Showtec Phantom 180 Wash
- Showtec Phantom 12R Hybrid
- Showtec Octostrip Flex
Together, these systems help transform each performance into a high-energy visual spectacle, enhancing choreography, acrobatics, staging, and audience immersion while remaining flexible and reliable enough for the demands of international touring.
As part of their recent feature on the production, Highlite shared the following comments:
“K-Pop Dragon Circus is a highly visual, music-driven production, and lighting is central to its impact. Working with Highlite, we’ve been able to deliver a dynamic, high-energy lighting environment that enhances both the performance and the overall scale of the show. As an international touring production, we require systems that are both flexible and robust, and their contribution has been key to achieving that.”
The collaboration highlights the importance of strong technical partnerships in live entertainment production. From concept development through to touring execution, every detail contributes to creating the large-scale immersive experiences audiences have come to expect from Gandey World Class Productions productions.
As K-Pop Dragon Circus continues its tour, the production remains a showcase of how innovative lighting, creative staging, and live performance can combine to create something truly spectacular.
